I talked with NVC, and they said same thing my wife has to bring at interview.

You sure thats not your P4 checklist for your interview? Do keep calling NVC they aren't down just very busy. Best to call close to quitting time.

What was your case Complete date. When you call them ask them for date so I can add you to the case complete interview thread.

I got one email yesterday(03/12/14) and it is about visa interview on april 3, 2014 at 9:30, and i just got another email today(03/13/14)it is about checklist. in checklist I 864 Part 4 item 12 but i already marked no on it. i am trying to call NVC but seems like they are down today. i am very confuse please help me.

I submitted to NVC. u should do that too otherwise they might send you a checklist

I called NVC and asked them is that mandatory to submit PCC at NVC? and lady from NVC said No. for Mumbai consulate NVC is not requiring PCC. Is that right? Pls help.

up to 30 business days (not weekends or holidays) to complete each section (ds-260, AOS, and IV documents) Depends on your embassy how long it takes to get an interview from case complete. But there is a special thread just for that.

I sent mine 12/19/13 they recieved it 12/23/13 and case was complete on 1/16/14 got my interview date on 1/26/14 for march 20

That is quick, I hope my case also finish in short time too like your case. I called NVC today, and lady said it is gonna take 30 business days. But your case completed within a week.

They told me it takes 30 days. I sent them the civil docs and it was delivered on Nov 29 2013 and they entered it into the system as received on Dec 02 2013 and I got case complete 12/26/13 and received the appointment letter via e-mail on Jan 9 2014 for interview Feb 11th 2013. Hope this helps.

well then again mines was fo an IR-5 so not sure if there is a difference in case.

So I believe they gonna take a month to complete a case. Then another month to set up interview.

Generally how many days need to complete a case in NVC?? Because I submit my DS-260 online on January 24. But I called to NVC and they are saying they received my documents on January 28, so I wonder how many days it is gonna take for my case?? Please help

I have a question about my tax return of recent years. I made very low income in recent years

2010 - $9,344

2011 - $16,515

2012 - $26,476

2013 - $29,182 (I haven't done my tax return yet because it is complicated.)

so is that okay to send them my tax return of (2010, 2011, and 2012), or it will not be enough?

Dont need to wait for 2013 tax returns. Send I864 and tax returns filed for 2012. Your wife can take updated one during the interview and after you are done with tax returns for 2013. April 15 is the date people can file their taxes and its just January right now.

It will save your time.

now my question is i don't have enough income on tax return 2010, and 2011 but i have enough income on 2012. pls help.

If your IV package is ready do it all now. You don't have to have AOS do first. Get DS-260 and package out the way why not.

I Paid my IV fee, and now there is DS 260 is available for me. but i haven't submit my sponsor yet because i am not done with my tax return for 2013 because i am waiting for my w2. So what to do should i finish DS 260? or should i wait to do sponsor first?

I just got NVC case number and the invoice id via email, so what will be next step for me? what i have to do before i receive mail from them?
