  1. Out of curiosity, are you asking for time frames or are the operators saying this without being pressed? Every time I call all I get is "your case was just received" (yeah ok) and "it takes 10-20 business days." No one has acknowledged yet that, had it not been for office closures, my time would be up. I'm thinking next week I'm going to start pressing for estimates on my daily calls.

    I get the same things when was it sent to them? Mine was sent early Jan. Still the same stuff begin said.
