  1. quick question guys,

my wife's interview is at montreal consulate early may @ 10:00 AM. is it recommended to be there on the scheduled time or does everyone get there earlier on before they open doors???

  2. The only problem is that my wife's visa interview is immediately after we come back. So I geus the question is that although her immigration is still pending, at that time willl she be given a hard time for transiting through the US although we don't have intention for my wife to come to the US permanently until after interview and process approval.

Also I'm a dual national. Canadian/US. I'm flying from Toronto and am using my Canadian passport Nowwhen teturning, at JFK should I show my American or Canadian passport.. .

  3. Quick question.

Me and my wife are travelling overseas before her interview date. We are travlling to Pakistan and then returning from Lahore to Toronto with a transit @ JFK for 4 hours. I'm t he USC and my wife is a Canadian citizen. Will I encountr any problems transiting through the US? I heard you have toclear customs ib JFK even if you are just transiting

  4. Hello,

I need some help with rescheduling. I have my interview set in early May 8 but can't make it due to some unseen circumstances. Has anyone had any expierence changing an interview date with the montreal embassy?

  5. quick question guys ... i just got my wife's NOA2 this past friday. Im looking at getting all the stuf ready for the NVC stage. Here is where it gets tricky, last year I was a student and had no income and was depenedent on my parents taxes. This year starting July i have had a job earning above the poverty line ... now when i have to show proof that i can support my wife, should i just send in my parents previous years tax trasncripts and then send in my recent pay stubs and a letter from my employer? or would i need a co sponsor since I recently started my job in July. .
