I really need help who had experienced.
My parents arrived in the U.S 90days ago. I filled a change of address and paid their green card.
Received confirmations that GC was paid if you have not received within 90days, please call... and that's what I did.
During phone call the USCIS representative asked my parents their parent's information's which is my grandparents when they answered the representative stated that their answer is incorrect therefore, they cannot further information.
I was the one who created their USCIS online account, but I didn't remember filling out those questions.
I contacted USCIS through emailed regarding mail not received first I used my mom receipt number, but I received a response that information is in-correct.
After a week I contacted again using other parent information but so far, I had not received any response yet.
I am very frustrated because seems like USCIS no help regarding this issue.
Please help how to contact USCIS regarding my situation.
