Hello, I really need help who had experienced. My parents arrived in the U.S 90days ago. I filled a change of address and paid their green card. Received confirmations that GC was paid if you have not received within 90days, please call... and that's what I did. During phone call the USCIS representative asked my parents their parent's information's which is my grandparents when they answered the representative stated that their answer is incorrect therefore, they cannot further information. I was the one who created their USCIS online account, but I didn't remember filling out those questions. I contacted USCIS through emailed regarding mail not received first I used my mom receipt number, but I received a response that information is in-correct. After a week I contacted again using other parent information but so far, I had not received any response yet. I am very frustrated because seems like USCIS no help regarding this issue. Please help how to contact USCIS regarding my situation. Thank you in advance. Viki

yes both status are same, i was with them when they called uscis were asking my mom's father name basically my grandfathers name, when my mom answer its said wrong information. they cannot provide more informations.

We moved different address but i did file change address same time i paid the green-card. I called its not very helpful asking their parents informations. Im very frustrated.

I am so sorry that I was not clear to you. Yes to answer your questions I did that inquiry follow instructions click OS155A, i sent the inquiry the exact 90days since we paid the green-card. I received a response that case number is not related to me. when I tried to do another inquiry it says I have to wait 30days because it detect by the case number. that's why I was trying to figure it out what is going on and I cannot do anything today because it's Sunday and I just received that email yesterday. I'm hoping I answer all your questions and clarified you. also, I attach a screenshot if you have any confusion

Yes, I did. My point here I cant send another inquiry because it detect that i already sent an inquiry in less than 30days. I have to wait 30days since the day i sent my last inquiry.

Thank you for helping me out, Yes i put the receipt number it says received payment on that date. I have the receipt number confirmation and tracking number. My question are how did i file the form in-correct thats the only option for green-card payment. If its in-correct why it says received green-card payment, wait for 90days to received your green-card on the mail. When I called I was being told that they didn't mail the green card yet. When I emailed my inquiry I received a response that I am not related to the case then they cannot disclose information. I cannot send another inquiry due to i have to wait 30days from my first inquiry. Thank you

I did emailed and contact them it says wait for the response, Yesterday I received a response "" it was stated that my inquiry isnot related to the case. When I tried to email back it says i have to wait 30days since my first inquiry. Very stressfull

I paid my parents green card on first week of September, is over 2months now but we have not received it yet. I called and I was being told that I have to wait after 90days so they can answer my questions. Does anyone have idea on how to expedite the process.
