Hey guys! for those of you worrying about NOA1 not arriving yet, try not to worry. ^^ I'm sure that everything is fine I know how I felt when I was waiting for mine, I was scared that we forgot to sign something, something went wrong with the check etc, but everything was alright! ^^ (thankfully my fiancé isn't a worrier like me xD)

There are quite a few of you who mentioned that you are worried that you haven't got yours yet, have you guys got confirmation of it being delivered? If it says it's delivered, and you still haven't got your NOA1 after a few weeks (they can take that long, I believe. It just seems that a lot of people get theirs fast) then try to contact USCIS if you're concerned. If you don't have delivery confirmation, it could simply just be a case of the mail being slow

Also make sure to check your spam folder of your email account, just in case the notification ended up in there somehow! I know sometimes important emails of mine accidentally get in there by mistake so it's worth checking! ^^

As for everyone else waiting for NOA2, our case hasn't been touched since the 8th xD I'm trying my best not to check tons of times a day!! I'm really really hoping one of us gets our NOA2 soon, i'll be super happy! If you haven't already, it's worth checking the October filers thread ^^ as that can give you an idea of where USCIS are in processing our cases But keep in mind everyone's case is different, so don't be worried

Wow your case went so fast you have been approved within a month?I'm having tears of joy for you I know it feels to know that you will see your lover soon I'm happy for you pray for us too .

Trust me I'm crossing my fingers should receive the NOA2 before Christmas.

It seems that the November filers have a high chance of being approved before January I have heard 2 people being approved within 3 weeks .

while I'm still checking on my status everyday I want to receive the NOA2 before the office closes for holiday hopefully I have waited for so long now,

how is the Alien number changed?and how will you know that it changed?

Hopefully will recieve an approval letter before they close for the holiday.

I sent my package on 11/11/2012 recieved an email on 11/15/2013 that my application has been accepted.So excited and anxious Do you if the process will go much faster than the expected time?

I sent my I-129F on Monday:11/11/2013 and received a notification that my application has been accepted 11/15/2013 and should wait for the I-797 in the mail.we just praying hopefully 2014 we will be together.we have stayed so long apart.
