We got NOA 2, 14 days after getting NOA 1. I am happy and surpirsed. The NOA 2 was actually waiting in my mail box for a few days as I was wondering several days when I would get it. I only sent 3 pics and my passport entry stamps. I forgot to write where the pics were taken. They were full page enlarged print outs on normal paper, printed at home. Also sent phone bill showing many calls. That's it.

Filed I-129F via, overnight mail 11/21/13 received 11/22/13 e-mail receipt notice and number 11/27/13 another e-mail notice 12/29/13 (A) number has been changed??? And today 12/2/13 hard copy of first e-mail, hope to get an answer soon

We just got notice that our case (filed mid Nov) has been transferred to Califoria - has anyone else had this happen?

Disappointed as Texas seemed to be processing things so fast, I hope California will be the same.

Hey guys I still haven't heard anything hoping for something before the end of this week.

What? Was it food poisoning or someone legit tried to poison him?

Yeah someone tried to kill him I don't why?just praying that he feels good and I don't want him to die now ,my hopes are fading after waiting for this long.

Congrats for those of you who received the NOA2 ,wishing you well for the next step. I have a bad Thanksgiving my fiance has been poisoned and he had to spend 2 days in the hospital for blood Transfusion It's really sad and heartbreaking to learn that their people that want him dead while I want him alive I love him so much .

With Thanksgiving so close by, I doubt I'll get my NOA2 this week. I work as a freelancer and my "boss" (for lack of a better word) is American, so I was also expecting to not have any work for the rest of the week. Turns out I received a big job today, so that should keep me busy and help me to not stress so much.

Its okay just be yourself and keep it up will definitely get some goods news coming up.

Yes, it's a little early to lose hope. We're lucky things are moving so fast now. I'm still crossing fingers we get the NOA2 before Thanksgiving. Reeeeaaaaaaally hope so.

I'm actually watching you once you get your approval letter I will know when to get mine just a day after yours .

ours was approved a couple days ago and it was through the texas service center.... a couple others from the tsc were approved too : )

Still no NOA2 yet, how frustrating is the wait...im loosing hope.

Dont lose hope this is actually going faster than the expecting time its like the November filers have won the lottery it took other filers 3 to 4 months wait time ,Im waiting just hoping for the best this or next week.Keep courage its not late yet .

I jut realized that my fiancé's biography is done with the G 325 and not the g325A is that going to be a problem? they both look the same to me. Please advise.

The form is clear G325A not G325 you will have to make another one and submit it as soon as they send you an incomplete request file.

While I told my fiance to work on the Police report that actually took 6 weeks to get it and start putting together his documents and Im working on mine too once I get the NOA2 I will be able to send everything at once .

Yeah I know but we talk everyday trying to keep record of everything that we have hopefully by God's grace it's gonna go well I have heard that it worked for some people and I believe it will work for mine too cause we showed prove that we once were together when we were young .
