oh my God I missed so much ,congratulations for all approvals Im just back from visiting my fiance and found out I was approved on the same that I left the country and at this point the file is that the embassy ready for interview,have so much on hands right now.

yeah,today they are closed for president day,i hope to get approved this week.

They schedule it for us. They won't do it until we've sent in a readiness form which, I believe, comes with Packet 3. I won't send it in, either, until I have all the needed paperwork.

I think you missed out most of the steps that you must have gone through call the embassy to verify and have the all procedures done before you get denied on your interview.

The weather is getting so bad I wonder how our cases will be moving this way .,some employees don't even go to work because of the weather.I hope to get a good news by the end of this week .

Received visa today! So happy, grateful and lucky to complete this so much quicker then we anticipated. Words cannot express. I am still pulling for everyone here for quick approvals. Just a plane flight away now.

Post Decision Activity

On February 7, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Got a text message at 9:45 PM, actually while I was Skyping with my fiance, so it was awesome to be able to share that experience at the same time

We are being patient after hitting the 3 month mark on waiting for NOA2. It is the hardest part of the Journey. But, we both believe in this and trust one another. We know our love can outlast the paper pushers. Come on TSC! We're still waiting!

I also realize that the RFE is sent to another address and department that's cool cause it doesn't have to go through the same lazy person who had it before .Lol!!!!

I only started to work on the packet 3 when I had notice NVC had my case.

And now I panic since as much I hoped for it, I didn't expect it to happen that soon - What comes now? Do we need to do anything on this stage beside waiting for NVC to give us case number and send the petition to the embassy in Poland?

I received received my notice letter it was about the passport photos.

Its better you say it out ,say what you feel so that you feel relieved otherwise lets keep each other strong until we get there.

I think i might stop checking visa journey cause it gets frustrating to see people get their NOA2 in 30 days or less, people who filed months after I actually filed and me and my fiance still have to wait, even with an expedite and all i get as an answer from tier 2 immigration officers is that I have to wait the 5 months. Really??? Even with an expedite?!?!?!

Everything happens for a reason keep your head high it doesnt mean that you guys will never be together,dont worry will get they might overlook on something that they have doubt on it's gonna be okey ,visit your fiance ,and have some good time instead of focusing into this .

The one important thing is that he be very honest about his intentions. If he lies, it could come back to bite him in the rear end at the K1 visa interview.

Everything will be honest but the thing is that is there a possibility that he might be approved for a B2 and do i have to provide the 134 for his visitor visa?

hey guys im trying to get my fiance visit me here instead of me going to my country because of the kids ,do you think he might be decline a visitor visa?

Actually my man is actually allowed to have 3 girlfriends,his mother ,sister and grandmother ,I dont trust women I cant trust any woman with my man seriously people have bad intentions you can be a good person with good intentions but some women out there do not think the way you but I might say good luck to that ,I know my man is not perfect but once he moves on with me then there is no past in our future everything will be all about us and our kids that's it.

Wow my travel time is 26 hours better than a 3 days travel time ,looking forward to get off work and enjoy some quality times while waiting for this process to move forward,Congratulations to all the October and November Approvals it's time to start thinking about getting document and looking for jobs wish you looks ,will get there too.

At least they are looking at your case, hope it's not a big issue. Just look at the bright side, once you turn in the evidence they will process and approve your petition quickly.

The email/text message never says what the RFE is for. If you look at the RFE Master List thread, you'll see that happen time and time again. It sort of makes sense, I suppose as all messages from them are automatic responses. The approvals, the REF's, even the denials, all follow the same text. That's why the hardcopy ends up being so important. It's a pain to wait, though.
