Hello again, so my wife and I sent our adjustment of status out on 4/11/14. We haven't received a email/mail/ or text. We filled the 1145 too. And to top it we lost the tracking number and the post office can't look it up....... Her 3 months hit on 5/7/14. And the check hasnt been cashed. Should we call at this point or be worried? I see many people receive a text 3 days after they Send there packet.

I agree with ya on that, I hired a lawyer and honestly I've got help faster on this website. And I don't trust them. I paid for them to assembly my 129, but I almost would rather do it myself now. That way o known it's sent. Not having to wait for them to send it off.

Hello, I'm filling out my k1 visa for my fiance in the Phillipines. She doesn't have a passport yet. Can I send the k1 packet in to the uscis still. And as long as she gets the passport before the interview she's ok?
