I am Canadian and my husband is a USC living in Tennessee. We filed our I-130 for CR-1 on August 19th, 2013 and received our NOA1 on August 22nd, 2013. Our case is currently being processed at the NBC in Kansas. I noticed a few days ago that USCIS is now posting processing times for I-130s for spouses of USCs that are being processed at the NBC. Current processing time is 11 months. As of August 31st, 2013, they have only started processing cases filed in October 2012!! Has anyone else looked into this as well?
