What about the fathers rights??? I don't know the whole story. Was he a good father??? The us has laws that prevent one parent from moving kids out if the country. for very good reasons. just saying.

I think you will be fine. Just supply a letter from your company, and the 1040's, W2's. I believe they only need the last year. When you file AOS then they ask for more. You should be fine with that information. Shows you've been able to make a solid income no matter which company you have worked for.
