Yeah, she did. She still loves the guy, and wants things to work out. She would have gone back already, but she doesn't have a job (can't work), and he wants her to pay for it.

My wife (now a US Citizen) met a woman who came over just like her, same area I think. However, the woman has some serious issues, if true, with her husband. To the point we are taking her to talk with a lawyer. However, I use Visa Journey to bring my wife over, and the one thing I've learned is immigration lawyers aren't the best. My question is where can I figure out if she can stay or has to go back? She'd like to stay. She is waiting to get her temp green card, still in process, the paperwork has been submitted. Any advice?
