Scan date April 27th.....day 29/30. My brain is taking a mini vacation without me.

Hey guys!! I work for 3 different companies..should I submit 3 different letters of employment. Also I work as a per diem. I don't have a fixed salary.
-
Okay so because you are using a lawyer you will NOT have to fill out the choice of agent (DS-261) and your fees were invoiced together. Next step is sending in your documents (AOS & IV packages together) and submitting your DS-260 once it becomes available. I assume your lawyer does all of this for you? Sit back and wait for a case complete.
Ok which means since Im using a lawyer also thats means I don't get to fill ot DS261. No wonder I haven't been able to see it.
-
Hey Roxy kindly please tell me when u received ur case number and the date u were able to activate the DS261...thx
-
I guess Im the only one who's not able to fill out the DS261 right after the case number and IIN was received.
-
Yea hi Morgan. I got my case number yesterday. I dont even have access to anything. Nothing is clickable on the summary page U can only see my name and my husband name.
-
Yesterday the 16th I received my case number and invoice number. But when I log in
1. I went to ceac.state.gov, clicked on "DS-261, Online Choice of Address and Agent"
2. Logged in as the PETITIONER and logged in using my NVC case number and IIN.
3. When I successfully signed it, all that I can see is the Summary Information page. I can not click on the "IVAgent" tab or any other tab. It's not clickable at all..
Please somebody help! I'm stuck and I'm seriously about to cry! I tried everything!!!

Oh Lord...was about time....now off u go to NVC
-
-
That's what they told me before I got approved..the processing is now 10 months and blah blah blah. They just don't know what to tell so they tell u a story to get rid of your calls
-
I thought my case would have been shipped by now to NVC. R u approved yet?
-
Just when I thought the pace of things was about to pickup and things would start happening, it seems my case is stuck in limbo on someone's desk Nebraska mail room waiting for who-knows-what.

Immigration is more like "cranberries" bitter and sour.
-
It sounds like the USCIS just sits their arses on cases before they get approve for some reason they're not prepared to explain to anyone They need a overhaul of this entire system. It makes no sense that it takes almost 6 months to approve a document.

@toozler ask to speak to a tier 2 officer...that first person can't actually see your case and can't do much but reading from the computer.
-
I tried to visit my husband every 4 months since Those motherflowers who are assigned to our applications is dead slow. I wish I could get in contact with that retard lol.
-
It is so unfair that USCIS approve people who applied later, if it was a fair process it should be a first come first served but apparently there is just no standards for the process... it is like being waiting in line at the Bank for 3 hours and somebody comes in and goes directly to the counter!!!
I am fine on waiting with patience until my time comes but what really makes me crazy is seeing people being approved in less than 2 months and then people like me having to wait, I would really like USCIS to explain us, people who is paying them why the process is so unreliable!!
Sorry for the rant but I just think that the way they process the applications is just all over the place.

I've been looking for the October filers finally....
-
Case was put IN TRANSIT today
yayyyy congrats!
-
I saw that your case was finally sent on from the NVC after 23 days. It's shocking how long they are took and we are still waiting! Did they ever tell u why they held your case back for so long? How did u find out it had been sent on?
When I called them they told me they were doing administrative processing. On January 29th my status online says "In Transit"
