We got the same message for our 129F a week after the NOA1.
Wait times so far-
I-130 NOA1 11-April- 2013 (6+ months and still waiting)
I- 129F NOA1 2- August -2013 ( almost 3 months and still waiting)
We thought everything would be sorted quickly since we are an easy case. Married 5 years have a child who is a USA citizen (birth abroad), filing overseas which used to be auto expedited before they changed the process in 2013.
Thought I would be "home" for Christmas but as the days past it looks very unlikely. Positive attitude is getting harder to keep.

5. Do you reside in the country legally? Yes
6. What is the reason for your residence: work permit/student/tourist/ work and living with husband
7. Did you list your foreign address on all forms in I-130 package? Yes
8. Did you send I-130 package from abroad? Yes
9. Did you include evidence of your residence abroad in the I-130 package? Yes
10. Did you mention the fact you reside abroad in the cover letter or write a letter describing your current situation and the evolution of your relationship with your spouse (mentioning your residence abroad)? Yes
11. Has your case been "auto-expedited"? How long between NOA1 and NOA2? I don't think they auto-expedite for this reason anymore... it's been over 6 months and still waiting for NOA212. Service center you were routed to? National Benefits Center

You should be fine but just be prepared to answer any questions they might ask and buy a return ticket. My husband has been to the states and back in the middle of the process too.
