Best thing to do is to get a joint sponsor. Maybe a friend, relative, company manager etc. that will accept the obligation of a sponsor.

Got another question for all. My soon to be wife doesn't work in the US yet. She's still reviewing for a licensure exam she'll be taking there. Would that be an issue with regard to having a financial sponsor?

Just provide a letter explaining why your wife's income is low and why she doesn't go to work. Make sure that your sponsor's income is above the poverty guidelines. Provide all the necessary documents needed for proof of relationship etc. not to have a checklist. Goodluck!

Hi. I would like to confirm. We already pay for the AOS. The status is IN PROCESS. I cant access the DS 260 form from CEAC. Is is because of the staus In process? Do i have to wait for it to be PAID before I can access the DS 260 form? Thank you

Yes you must wait for it to be PAID before you can proceed to the ds-260.

my case completed on 24 dec and receveiv email on 01/01/2014 , i call him just now , nothinggggg , so tierd to chek email and call and wait like 17m , ,

From the CEAC website I found** that most people who got their case marked as READY, they got it yesterday which is January the 27th! I really hope they will keep scheduling today or this week!

We receive a letter via email from you after our interview, it says that "We are unable to complete the processing of your immigrant visa application under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended, until you present the following documents or complete required action from your end: From Petitioner - Affidavit of Support (I-864) with original signature - Signed letter of explanation and legal basis for not filing Income Tax Returns From a Qualified Joint Sponsor - Affidavit of Support (I-864) with original signature"..

We already send the documents needed via 2GO, we went there yesterday .. The question is we send the Affidavit of Support from our Petitioner and also her Signed letter of explanation and legal basis for not filing income tax, but we didnt send an Affidavit of Support from our Joint Sponsor because our joint sponsor is related to our petitioner, they are belong as a household member of the Petitioner, so they just decided to make an I-864a Contract Between Sponsor and household member.. Is it valid and okay??

Mine was completed on Jan.2,2014 and didn't receive any confirmation yet regarding CC. But i've inquired thru nvcinquiry and they responded to that and stated that my case was waiting for an interview to be scheduled at us embassy here in manila. Maybe they've just forgotten to send us our Cc confirmation but the important thing is that we confirmed that thru call. Goodluck to us! Hoping for an early march interview schedule!
