The petitioner (Joe) is a US Citizen, and the beneficiary (Sil) a Slovak citizen. We both have permanent residency in Spain. We married on 8 June 2013 and filed our I-130 at the beginning of August (Priority Date 6 Aug 2013). Fingers crossed that this process moves faster than average, because we have jobs waiting for us in CA!
