The only time you would have anything to do with SS is if you're first ever card said eligible for work with EAD only, in which case you might want to update your card to have that statement removed, but even that isn't an absolute necessary i don't think.

So for your case there is nothing that needs to be done as far as SS updates.

We received my husband's permanent residency card (GC) for 10 years in April 2017. Do we have to update his status with Social security? If so, how do we do that?

so, the first letter I received is NOA-1 with extension.

I was wondering If anyone received NOA Letter of extension while on the process of Removing Conditions.

My husband and I are planning to travel abroad in June. His card expires in June too.

I would like to know if they will allow him to come back in the USA without any issues/delays? He just finished his biometrics.

He said didn't receive stamp or extension letter. How can I get this extension letter?

we submitted 1040 & W-2 for 2013 to the NVC. we submitted before April 15th. we didn't submit tax trancript for 2013 to NVC. we took tax trancript for 2013 to interview.

according to your timline you can get tax transcript from IRS website.

for medicals I prefer lady doctor in the Asiri hospital. They'll give your medical reports 5 days before your interview. makesure that your name and case # is typed correctly.

start applying soon. It takes same amount time like your first report. yes you need copy of previous PR and reference #. makesure that you fill new form same as previous. I hope you have copy of previous form. don't miss anything.

Guys does us embassy require original police reports for the interview.

Yes. you need original police report. one for NVC one for US embassy. If you can't get it you can show unexpired SL police report issued less than one year ago (found this on my interview letter). SL report has a 6 months valid period but don't depend on my word.

I am a US citizen who applied for I-130 for my husband who lives outside of the USA. I sent I-130, and G-325A (for both of us). I got my NOA-1. I made a mistake by didn't mentioning my outside of USA address. How can I solve this problem? Do I have to send G-325A again? Is that going to make my process slow?

I filed I-130 on July 15th.
