I think it will be ok if you apply for K1 visa.

My friend had the student visa denied as well and now he is applying for K1 visa.

He got the approval and now he is only waiting for the interview in Rio.

As long as your relationship is true, it will be ok.

I didnt receive any letter yet. We were approved ok Aug 22th, and my fiance in USA just received the I797 form.

That is totally crazy!! We were approved for NOA2 on Aug 22th, and today I've checked the USCIS website and it was diferent:

"On September 11, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed."

I really dont understand! How come our status changed after approved.

Could you guys please advice? Where can we change this address?

Well, I am at the same situation. I received my approval really quickly as well and the only thing that they say is wait for at least 30 days.

So, ok let's be patients ( its so difficult, I know LOL ) and wait for our package!!

My fiance and me applied for fiance visa K1 on July 5th. We received our NOA1 by email but not by mail, any letter. After that, August 22th we received our approval for NOA2. We did not expect it was so fast. But til now, Sept 5th we didnt receive any letter at all. Nothing..

Could you guys please, let me know if somebody had the same problem? Is it normal?
