  1. There is no connection between prima facie and expediting EAD. To work the person must submit form I-485 and I765.I suggest you to read the previous 15 threads, and you will get an idea about the VAWA Law.
  2. When you go to interview, your VAWA has already been approved. During questioning, the officer will ask you questions about your I-485.
  3. You should submit the IRS transcript.You can order online and it will take 7/10 to arrive ok.

  8. There is an exception created by the VAWA Law regarding bigamy, it's just for VAWA petitioners.   9. Usually they transfer the case within 30 days, but legally speaking they can take even 90 days to transfer.
  10. Send a letter to your attorney ending the legal representation and write to NSC and inform that you are representing yourself and submit s copy of the letter you sent to your attorney.Give Uscis your current address as well.

  13. I saw several cases that VSC asked to submit form l601 and after a while they returned the l601 saying that they didn’t need the l601, and they didn’t cash the check .
  14. Your lawyer informed already NSC that he is no longer representing you , but you need to send a letter to NSC informing your new address.

  18. You mailed to the right place they can take 30/60 days to send your receipts .
  19. Try to get a copy of the birth certificate using the website vital records.
  20. Usually Uscis issues the receipt within 30 days , but I had some cases they took 4/5 months to send the receipt. USCIS IS VERY MESSY to update the address .Contact your congressperson to confirm if Uscis changed your address or not .
