My husband's still under Refused. But they "touched" his file as CEAC updated the date to May 12. Interview was on May 4. Goodluck to us. I hope this waiting game would end soon. Keep us posted.

I am an LPR entered here in the US only last year. My petition was approved a month before I turned 21. I was covered under CSPA. I had my visa interview at the age of 22 (April) and was already 23 when I entered the US (cause July is my bday).

According to Anonymous the famous Visa Bulletin analysis guru - his blog is at blog.mygcvisa.com - he says retrogression will prob be back till between Sept 2012 and Oct 2012 - if he is accurate - then I am very much relieved - I personally think it could go back to even Oct or June 2011
