They met in their third year of college in 2008. They were classmates first, then friends, then boyfriend and girlfriend! After college, he (petitioner) went to the US and she stayed in the PH. They endured almost 3 years of being apart. She was lucky to visit him twice when she was sent to the US on a short business trip. Now, almost 5 years after they met, they want to stay together (forever). :)
