On December 7, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

We got a notice of transfer on 26 dec and in a week hard copy that transferred to CSC,

You will probably get another email that says you have been transfered to "another USCIS office". Then you will recieve a hard copy a few days later in the mail and it will tell you which service center you case went to. It will also say that if you don't hear something in 60 days to call. I'm assuming their goal is to have the transfers done within the 60 day time period.

this sucks, if they gonna take 60 days to transfer a case completely, when the hell they approve it.

It could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. It just depends. Some people are getting approved quickly and others are waiting a month or more. I was transfered Nov.14th. I've been waiting 19 days so far. Did you recieve your hard copy in the mail yet? Where were you transfered to? Also, could you please add your info to the april speadsheet if you haven't already done so.

Hi, our case is transferred to local office on 26-nov, we applied on 17-apr. its almost 7.5 months.

Can anyone tell how much time it will take to get approved after the case is transferred.

My birth certificate have only First Name on it (i.e Harmeet) and my passport,marriage cert have my full name (Harmeet Singh Sehmby)

Do I have to submit any other document for this ?

My wife(petitioner) said I have to get an affidavit from mother. I tried to find sample affidavit but couldn't find it.
