on the form to report a birth question 22 number of previous children and 23 number of children now living. are they asking of just the mother or or total from combined parents?

Also have a question on form G-325a biographic for her (unsigned) I filled it out but missed the spot about last occupation abroad if not listed above, she went over to Japan through an agency for about six months what should we do?

Opps it was only 3 for months ten years ago and she has nothing from then to show where or who it was with and doesn't remember.
