I am ready to file my AOS and included I 765 and I 131 - I have just attached 2 2 pictures with each form and my foreign passport copy - do I need to attach any thing extra with these 2 forms?

I have set up my application but have few queries regarding I 765 and I 131supporting documents. I am attaching 2 2 photographs with both the forms and my foreign passport copy as my id - I think that all I need to attach - is there any other thing which should go separately with these two forms ?

Ohh ok - Thanks alottttt - One more confusion - the entire packet will go to the Chicago lockbox USCIS facility which will have I 765 and I 131 as well or these two forms will be filled somewhere else as stated in the instructions?

Hello all - one urgent question - do I need to put extra pictures and e-notification forms for I 765 and I 131 or just 2 pictures altogether and 1 e notification form will be enough.

HI All - I have a an urgent query - I am all set with my AOS forms but confused about 2 things:

1) Do I need to attach separate pictures for my EAD and Advance parole or 2 pictures al together.

2) Next question is that on Form I 765 - question 16 - I am here on K1 fiancé visa and got married within 90 days of my entry into US - do i need to mention this category as (a)(9) as quick tips says on VJ or (a)(6) which the instruction on forms I 765 says:

Hi All - I need help - I am a K1 fiancé visa applicant and doing my AOS. I am unable to find a doctor in NJ who could certify my vaccination records since I already had my medical from Pakistan and its still valid so now what only I need is the first page of I 693 form and the vaccination record work sheet.

Here in NJ - all the surgeons in the USCIS list want me to do my medical again and no one is aware about certifying vaccinations only - can any one help me with this please.

I don't know why ever I post and I never get any responses - I hope I do it correctly. Help is appreciated.

I am here in the US on K1 visa and we just got married. My question is that for name change after marriage should I fill all my forms with the new name - like i-485, i-765 for EAD, i-131 for temporary exit from the US, affidavit of support... all the forms should be with the new name?

I have recently got my passport and the yellow immigration packet, I was told to pay the immigration fees online of USD 165 before my entry into the US and for that I should have my DOS case number and A number.

Now my query is that I do have the DOS case number but I havent been assigned with any A number, only A number I got is the onw which is on my NOA 2 but when I attempt tp submit my information on the USCIS ELIS site - it says that the number is invalid.

Please help where should I get my A number from? urgent feedback required please.

Another question is that - I haaver been issued a K1 visa and thinking to have all the vaccination in prior from my home country which will be required for changing my status there - any suggestion wchich vaccinations will be required at the time of getting the greencard and will it OK if I get my vaccinations done from my home country and take a vaccination report to the US.

I need an urgent help, I had my interview on September 25th 2013 and the CO congratulated me that me case has been approved and told me that I will get my passport within 5 to 10 days through American Express. Now its almost 18 days and I have not recieved any notification for my passport delivery. My case status on CEAC is also giving me crazy updates that my case is ready for interview and all.

Anyone who recently got approved and if they could share with me their timelines of gettinng their passport back. Also I have resigned from my present employer and we have booked the tickets as well. Should I worry or its the normal thing. I am really scarred please help me with your comments.

I want a help and that is - I am a female beneficiary for K1 fiance visa.

I submitted my packet 3.5 on August 23, 2013 and did not get my interview appointment yet and there is no update on the website since August 13, 2013.

Since this topic has all participants from Pakistan so thought to ask that how long did it took for you guys to get the interview date after submitting your packet 3.5 - is it normal that I am in the 3rd week waiting on my interview date after submmiting my papers or I am late.

Appreciate all of yours help please - and congratulations to those who got their visas:)

2 weeks are over and I have not receievd any letter / email regarding my interiew, neither there is any update on the website, laston update was in August 13; which says that my case is ready for interview. I have ealso emailed once.

Anything that you suggest I could do or should I wait without doing anything.

I am the beneficiary for k1 fiance visa, any one who has recently had the interview in islamabad embassy could please help.

I recieved the packet 3.5 and send all the documents mentioned in packet 3.5 on Friday August 23, 2013 and the American Express guy told me that I will get the interview date withing next 2 weeks.

2 weeks are over and I have not receieved the interview letterview letter - if any one could share their timings of getting the interview letter which may relax or stress me but atleast I will have some idea.

Help is needed - also one more question that what is the mode of payment at Islamabad embassy for k1 fiance visa - is it paid in USD and in cash?

Appreciate if you could share your expereinces.

One question, just wanted to ask that how long did it take for you to have the interview date after submiting packet 3.5 to American express. They conveyed me that it will take around 2 weeks to have the interview date.

Also about the fees - how much did you fiance pay and what was the mode of payment, did she pay in USD or pkr?

Also if you could please share the interview questions thn it will be of great help.

Hi - We also got transffered on June 21st from Vermont to Texas and there were so many questions in our mind.

But trust me right after 20 days we recieved our approcal on July 10th - this is all the game of patience and transfer to Texas center I would say is a good thing that has happened to you.

Almost all the cases which have been transffered are recieveing their approvals right and left - hope to hear for yours as well:)
