Don't even try that. It would be a big liability for you to obtain a tourist visa. Such visa will be process and approve and/or deny on its own merit. Hopefully this advice will be seriously taken into consideration. Good luck in your endeavors.

The surgeon's office has your record on file. They might ask you to get flu shot just to extract money from you but they will definitely give you another seal envelope with I.693 form in it. Good luck

No worries..just to the surgeon office as quickly as possible this week and get the form complete and mail it back to them along with a copy of that letter. They don't care about what you did or didn't in the UK as far as AOS is concerned...
You gonna have to comply with the instructions given in terms of AOS. This hiccup has nothing to do with you getting an interview by the way.

Do you mind give us few details of verbally derogatory exchange that you an the officer had? It might be helpful for forlks in this forum to be aware of these types of circumstances...thanks

You shouldn't write any explanation letter for your ROC. All documents they do request you will be in the notice they often send to applicants. In your case, these kind of letter opens up more questions than answers in the first place. If your marriage is genuine then send only evidence of a bonifide marriage and let them decide if an interview is necessary to take a formal decision . It's not mandatory to have a kid or credit card but love and faith.

No one knows...just be patient , cross your fingers and pray. Hopefully it won't take long. Good luck

Get married, file AOS and move on...let uscis judge your marriage. No one except you knows your intentions. Uscis officials will sniffing through your claim and determine your eligibility. Good luck

He will be eligible for citizenship on the 3rd anniversary since residency on the card. He can file N-400 90 days prior 3rd anniversary .

If you are divorced to your wife ( petitioner ), yes it will affect both ROC & citizenship. You can finish up your immigration journey without her BUT you gonna have to prove that your marriage wasn't a scam wich you entered only to gain legal status. And if you can't provide anything substantial as far as real financial commingling then you going to be in a difficult situation to keep you GC. After a year with no child and no financial commingling like you enumerate it's unlikely that uscis will give you a free pass on this. I might be wrong but you better find an good attorney before the next move.

It should be paid by check or money orders pay to the order of DHS as far as fee payments is concerned but...someone can correct me if I'm wrong

No worries at all..it's going to be a combo card EAd+AP in a single card that will serve as authorization card and travel documend as well. They usually adjudicate both at the same time and send you the card in the mail in 10-15 days Good luck

Go back there and get married then file for cr1. That's your best and only chance. Two red flags on your shoulders
- The country from wich the beneficiary is from!
-The HUGE gap of age between you.
File for cr1 and frontload your package with tonnes of evidence and hopefully that might work out for both of you.
Good luck

K1 application might be adjudicated between 5 to 9 months depends on workload and if or any RFE will be issued. Please don't worry about your unborn baby's birth place now. He/she will become US citizen by birth regardless because of your boyfriend's citizenship. Take a good care of yourself right now

Go to the upper right corner of the website and click on "GUIDE " you'll find everything you need.
Get another I.864 and have your co-sponsor filled it out. Good luck..

Although I understand what the OP is going through at this time but it's also important to acknowledge that immigration journey is a "WAITING GAME "it's a tough and bumby road to say the least. While millions of people are waiting just for NO2..I suggest you to be more patient and we all pray for you to receive your visa in a very short time. You're half way through this long journey. Good luck

Yes the dwheels76 is absolutely and undeniably correct. There's a clear evidence that she wants to emigrate and the consulate officers know as well. So don't make it more difficult for her and for yourself when your petition is approved and she will have to face the same persons whose gonna interview her. Just chill out and let your petition get approved and she will get her immigrant visa. Good luck

Keep your fingers crossed & hope for the best. God is good all the time. We have to remind ourselves that at the end of the day only GOD is our sole liberator.

You can include up to 5 children in the petition.

Just one petition including the chid.

Subject : Request for Evidence "RFE"
-if you noticed that a RFE has been issued to you as it appears online "status", make sure you go online and schedule an infopass as soon as possible.
.As you may know, it put on hold to your dreams, aspirations and everything else in between.
-if you don't receive the mail 10 days after it was issued, call uscis and talk to an io in pronto to see if the mail was sent to your address.
- finally go to your infopass appointment before an io and ask them the mail whereabouts or a new one in your own hands.
-In doing so, you wouldn't be going through the same ordeal that many of us in this forum had to go through and it save you time & money
-
I deeply share your frustration as it's been a new normal at uscis not to MAIL RFE to applicants so they can promptly respond to that. Its really shameful and disgraceful on the part of some the reckless employees whose doing so for a simple purpose..delay and/or deny you benefit sought. I personnally went through the same ordeal year ago and had to refile a new package with new fees $1070 because the mail never left the office. I salute your tenacity and relentless attempt to call them out. Bravo!
-
No. If they sent you an RFE request for evidence to verify the credibility of your relationship and/or proof of eligibility of benefit sought, uscis will give you 87 days to respond. Once they received the documents requested, they will process it and update your application accordingly but don't expect a mail coming to you for that matter. Keep checking your status online..you will see updates
-
You good to go abroad and come back into the US without problems. There's a reason why they (uscis) put the stamp I.551 in your passport. It's the replacement of the GC itself and an extension for one year while the plastic is being processed and mailed to you. No worries!!!!!!
K-1 denied for marriage in Philippines
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
For immigration purpose....if your previous marriage were held in the Philippines then you should have an annulment or divorce decree over there. If you were married here in the US then you are OK to file another petition without prejudice.
