Thanks a lot guys! Im sending it tomorrow.

Hey guys!
I got a very small checklist asking to redo my joint sponsers I-864 because I used the gross adjusted income instead of the total income.
We are resubmitting the I-864 with the change, but I"m not sure if I need to resend the supporting evidence again, or not. The checklist doesn't ask for any additional financial documents, but Im just not sure.
Any thoughts?

I've submitted everything to the NVC, including both document packets, all payments and all online forms. On the CEAC website, most things have updated to reflect that. However, the section for both supporting documents still says N/A.
Additionally, I haven't heard anything via email or hard copy letters suggesting they have officially received my mailed in packets, although my tracking number indicates it was received at the beginning of August. Is this normal? Should I call? Does anyone know what that N/A means?
Thanks in advance!

I'm a little freaked out. I left page nine completely blank because I prepared the forms myself (the petitioner).
Will this be a checklist? If so, is it possible to send just page 9 to the NVC and have it ammended to my packet ahead of time so that I don't need to wait another 60 days for this problem.
Ugh, why didn't I just put N/A.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hello guys!
Here in Brazil you need two different criminal records (state and federal) for the NVC. The primary way to aquire these is through a governmental portal, who then sends you a digital copy. Can I simply print those out? I'm a bit confused because I know that normally I need to have originals or certified copies of everything, so I don't know if this will count as the certified copy.
Thanks!

I'm working on my two NVC packets now, but I am unsure whether I need to include proof of domicile (I'm currently residing with the beneficiary in Brazil) in the packets or if this evidence is only required at the Interview stage.
If I do include it now, is it better to place it in the AOS or the IV packet?
Thanks!

Thanks so much!
And thanks for putting this in the correct forum!

Hi guys,
I got my approval for the I-130 from the USCIS last week, so I'm starting to prepare the two NVC packets.
I put a lot of proof of the relationship in my original I-130 packet, but I know that I really need it for the next few steps.
My question is where do I put that evidence for the upcoming processes (NVC and Interview)? Should I include it with the AOS or IV packets? Should I just bring it with me to the interview? All of the above?
Thanks!

I got my I-130 approval on April 17th!
Time to start preparing the next packets! Thanks for all the encouragement throughout this process so far.

Same PD 2 nd august transferred same date 28th jan to texas ........and nuthing.
I think there are 3 of us like that. Maybe our files fell off the side of someones desk ..... they need to wake up and work fast. We are going to ask the lawyer to put in a service request this week.
I got my transfer a little later than ya'll, around mid-feb. Also TSC and not a peep!

I didn't do anything wrong either.
Even I am going to pay 21,000$ to government for taxes..
Still my case is missing somewhere.
I'm so sorry to hear that Deep.
Stay positive and keep hope. These moments are hard, but like all things, they will pass.
I'm still waiting on my NOA2, and some days I start to go crazy, but I try to remind myself to live in the moment and enjoy my life for what it is now, not only live for the moment that I get an answer. It's so difficult though, isn't it!

Awesome! Congratulations!
just got approved.....am so happy....anyone knows how long does it take to get to NVC from texas service center

Hi everyone-- I filed the i-130 in August for my husband-- I believe my pd was Aug. 19th. I was informed that the case was transferred to TSC around Feb. 11, and since then nothing. is this typical of others´ experience?
Also, I am currently in my husband's country, waiting with him, so that he can get to know our son (born since I filed). I´m wondering if anyone has any idea if the next steps with NVC (whenever it may happen) will be doable to process from here, or if I should plan to return to the US for awhile at that point? I have a co-sponsor in the US.
THanks for any input!
Hey, it's not exactly typical, but neither is it atypical. About 70% of the transferred cases have been approved, but 30% of us, myself included, are still waiting.
It could be one of a million things, so there is no reason to worry!

Hey guys, Im trying to figure out which service center I got transfered to, since I haven't received an approval or RFE yet. I'm trying to call the main USCIS offices, but I can't get out of the automated menu.
How were ya'll able to figure out which center you were transferred to? By calling? How did you get through to a real person? Thanks!
-
We are too. I was transferred on 02/26/2014. I think it is more nerve racking waiting from transfer to approval. Good luck to you both.
It's been about a month for me too. This is definitely more stressful than the initial waiting period. Keep your chin up, everyone!

Hey guys,
Here is a tip for everyone who is still waiting on NOA2. Part of my anxiety is seeing all the August people getting approvals and thinking that maybe there is a problem with my file.
I went back and looked through some of the spreadsheets for past months, and every month that I looked at still has lots of cases to go. I know that doesn't speed up our process, but it also helped to remove some of the anxiety for me.

I'm so frustrated
I feel you man, but try to stay optimistic and relaxed. The more frustrated we get, the slower time goes.
It's going to happen.

Guys I'm really down I can't take this I need an approval
Don't worry! You aren't alone. There are still more of us who don't have the approvals yet. It doesn't mean anything is wrong. We are going to get our approvals and have a great life with our spouses. Just remember that this is all going to be a bad memory one day.
Good luck!
-
Congratulations to all who have received approvals!
-
Oh man, the higher that approval percentage goes without hearing anything the more nervous I get!
-
Did u get transfer?
Yeah, I think I got mine about 2 weeks ago, but I dont know the exact date (I wasn't checking the site every day, and I still haven't received a hard copy). I also don't know which center I got sent to.
-
Still nothing here too!
I know it is normal, but I have to admit I'm getting nervous. -

We are having the same problem! We've already purchased the tickets to Rio without enough time for a medical exam there. Hopefully we can extend the trip without paying too much. I'm a bit frustrated and anxious about this.
