My partner and I are in a 7 year relationship (Since April 05, 2006). He is from Guatemala. I am an American citizen. I've been to Guatemala several times. His entire family is wonderful to me. I have tried to have him come for visits on several occasions, but the US Embassy in Guatemala kept denying him on the 3 occasions he applied. I'm hoping now that with the removal of DOMA, my petition for a K-1 Fiancé Visa will be approved and we can finally be together here in the US. I'll keep my Timeline updated.
