Yes they were a yellow paper. My NOA1 was February 13 .. I know hopefully it goes out together ))!!

After NOA2 how will I know it was sent to NVC? Will USCIS send me a letter? Or will NVC send me a letter saying they received it?

Also, after NOA2 how long will it take to be sent to NVC?

Congrats!! I was transferred June 21 and also got an RFE they recieved it yesterday July 18 2013 so I have hope soon ill get NOA2! )

Affadavits of friends, neighbors, or knowledgement associates. All affadavits must be conform to the guidelines cited below:

Written statements sworn to or affirmed by two persona, other than yourself and the person you ade petioning for, who were living at the tkme the events occured, and who have personal knowledge if the even you ade trying to prove.

Pleaseee help don't understand exactly what they want. Please if anyone can provide me with the exact thing or something similar. I will really approciate it.

We also got transferred on July 11 from Vermont to Texas and I can't understand, why, what happens??? please, help-me!!! my noa1 is 17 April!!!

Texas now has your petition and will aprrove or send RFE, give it a month or even less. Theres people who got approved in 20 days after transferred some before and some took a month etc.

My petition was transferred June 21, so hopefully soon I get NOA2 or a RFE.

Just got an email last night that the I129F petition was approved!! I'm so very thankful that the case was transferred (June 26th) to Texas, what a fast turn around! (January 2013 filer)
