    Hello, I am submitting an i-130 for my parents. I forgot to mention in the application that my mom has used different names in her official documents. I am going to upload an affidavit like a One and same person affidavit but confused on whether it needs to be an affidavit by my mom, by me or should it be a letter from the civil authority from my home country?

    I dont see the option to view the submitted i-130. how do I do that? Edit: I see it. Thank you for the prompt response.

    Hello, I filed an i-130 for my mom. I had put some estimated date on my 5-year address history. I am about to file one for my dad. Do the dates in the address history need to match? I certainly don't remember what exactly I put in there. The dates will probably differ by weeks or month.
