they would stamp your passport if untill when you were allowed to stay. then after that you need to report in immigration and file for an extension.last time my husband pay 3030 for a month ( bad part is they would start counting from the day that you arrived in the Philippines like my husband get there march 13 then they stamp his passport when he arrived to stay untill april 3, so we did report on immigration april 5 or 6 then we file for a month extension but that one month they start counting from march 13 so its like 2 more wks he need to file for other extension and that what we did , pay more that 8k i think because it was included the tourist id ,they said you need to have it so even you dont want to have an idea you dont have choice

thanks

yeah he doesnt need new medical if he already had one overseas as long as the form i 485 is filed within one year .he just need to send a copy of his vaccination .but some cases they said there were getting rfe if the vaccination wasnt complete.so what they do is they had to get the shots that are messing then they would see a civil surgeon to transcribed on there i 693 .and send it back to uscis

You don't need the I-134, that was for the embassy. Now that you will be doing AOS you will need the I-864. You cannot use the I-864EZ because you have a joint sponsor.
Petitioner submits one I-864 with proof of employment/income and/or assets and tax transcripts for last 3 years.
Joint sponsor submits another I-864 with proof of employment/income and/or assets, tax transcripts for last 3 years, and proof of LPR or USC status.
oh okey thank you so much Ian H.

we gona have a co-sponsor too so im wondering if does it need all form,, thank you

i been here for almost 9 mos already and i entered as K1 VISA, now my problem is what i gonna write on my I-485 form about my CURRENT USCIS STATUS? i know that k1 is good for 3 mos but then i wasnt able to file my aos back then ,pls help me thank you
-
i just started to aos form, but i dont know where i could find " A number" ? thank you in advance
-
assuming you are filing for your AOS and you recently arrived with a K1 Visa, your medical from the Philippines that came with your K1 packet should be enough meaning you should be u-to-date already with all your required immunizations. You don't need to have the I-693 filled up again.
this what i found out in uscis.
Medical ExaminationIf you received a medical examination prior to admission as a K nonimmigrant, then you are not required to have another medical examination at time of adjustment as long as:
- Your Form I-485 is filed within 1 year of your overseas medical examination
- The medical examination did not reveal a Class A medical condition
- If you did have a Class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility and you have complied with the terms and conditions of the waiver
Even if a new medical examination is not required, you still must show proof that you have complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original, overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the vaccination report completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you are required to submit Part 1, Information About You, Part 2, the vaccination chart, and Part 5, the Civil Surgeon's Certification, of Form I-693 (in an envelop sealed by the civil surgeon). Please see the instructions for Form I-693 for further information.
so i end up getting my mmr, hep b and flu vaccine today.. but the problem is my hep b vaccines is still messing one more shot which i could get it untill dec 24, 2014.. but i wanted to file my aos before my medical overseas would expire by next mos, is it fine just to have 2 shots of hep b?
sorry i getting crazy w my immunization record so i need a person to clear my confused mind.. thanks agaiin
