  4. First obvious choice would be public schools in your district. If these are not satisfactory, then look at private or Catholic schools in your area. Simple Google search would give you answers. Type in name of your town and add board of education in your search. For public schools you can usually enroll kids at anytime. You will need proof of identity and address. Website for the district will list all required documents.

  8. Hello! My sister is planning to visit me in US this Summer. She was denied B2 Visa more than 20 years ago and never tried again. Our country is now eligible for VWP and she will have to apply for ESTA this time. How is the prior B2 denial affecting the chances of ESTA approval? My sister traveled internationaly since then to several European countries without issues. Thanks!

Something is off here. How did you go through immigration process in the UK without having the divorce decree. Unless you never reported the first marriage.
