    hi everyone I'm going to attend the CFO seminar next week I just want to ask if I still need to bring the yellow packet when I go there? or just the visa passport? thanks

    I think much better the regular size of photo but anyway I took my interview last july 15, 2013 and the consulate didn't ask for pictures co'z they have already the copy of our pictures that my fiance send to them...but bring some just incase..wink.png mine I just put it on bond paper smile.png

    passport

    appointment letter (2 copies)

    SLEC online registration (2 copies)

    NVC hardcopy letter (2 copies)

    3pcs. 2x2 pic white background

    medical fee

    List of requirements for k1/k3 during interview

    DS-156

    DS-157

    DS-156k

    makes 2 copies of each just incase

    ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

    Valid passports

    NSO Birth Certificate

    NSO Cenomar or Marriage Certificate

    Updated NBI clearance (for travel abroad)

    Affidavit of Support from the petitioner (form I-134)

    proof of relationship with the petitior (didn't ask mine happy.png )

    PHOTOCOPIES

    Latest Income Tax Returns (Form-1040)

    Latest Withholding Tax Statement

    if you have a copy of your petitioner paystub, employment letter and bank statement bring it too just incase..wink.png

    Can I ask you where your home is. Im trying to figure out the fastest way to get the Visa once the interview

    is complete...Thanks. By the way congrats...

    ohhh I live in makati..actually you don't know where is the fastest way to get your visa though...not all are the same, some get it quickly and some are stock on A/P its just case to case basis..but you don't know maybe you get your visa as fast as I get..;) just have faith...everything will be ok..:D

    CONGRATS! we recently received our NOA2 saying approved so guess we wait for whats next while prepping for the support papers I need to do. whats the NVC u received??? OHHHH and to the person asking about good flights.....I just booked mine to go see my fiancee on monday from www.skyscanner.com they have all the flights from all those websites in one! and pretty cheap compared to buying off the actual airlines webpages

    the NVC that I recieved was indicated my manila case number that's mean I can take my medical anytime..you can't take your medical without that case number..

    awwww I took my interview last july 15 visa status ready for 1 and a half days and it change to AP then on the next day it change to ISUUED..:D some applicants takes 1-2 weeks ready for they're status and one day for AP then on the next day it change to ISSUED but sometimes its opposite...just be patient and have faith..^_^ everything will be fine...

    same situation here...I took my interview at USEM on july 15, 2013 the consul didn't tell me that I am approved though but they didn't give me 221g form...they just said your delivery address blah blah which is my home address then you can go home now...when I check my status on CEAC it says "Your case is open. Please check your status after two business days via the CEAC launch page." . so goodluck!!! just pray everything will be fine..;)

    Hi everyone good day! I took my interview at the US embassy manila today but the consul didn't tell me if I am approved or not. He just say that kindly go back to your seat for your number to be flashed on the screen again just have a little delay because of computer shutdown.. then after 20-25 minutes my number flashed again to window 73. The guy on that window just only ask my full name then he gave me the first page of my appointment letter and he said that ok your delivery address blah blah blah and now you can go home..made me confused! anyone know what is that mean? thanks ^_^
