I sent the i864 and the necessary documents for the nvc November 19, 2013

after 30 days on December 20th I received an email from nvc (cheklist cover letter) they told me to correct

I coorrect and I returned the 864 i

after 30 days January 22 i received another email from nvc (cheklist cover lettere) they told me to coect your i 864 and to send it in algeria for the principal aplicant

after a week 7 days January 28 i received an email from nvc (staus case) they told me the texte

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified. 

nsince the day I received this email I have nothing new

you just need to wait ,you will get another email from them when they schedule your interview.

I have never made above the poverty guidelines in the past three years due to certain situations. However, I'm making significantly more this year. I will probably submit the tax transcripts along with a letter of my current employment from my employer. Will that be enough? Or do I still need to look for a joint sponsor? I prefer not to burden any friends or relatives with this. Thanks

you just need your last year tax return (2013 ) and as you said you make enough ,just add a proof of your current income (letter from your employer or last 3 paycheck)and sur you will be fine .good luck

Hello, our case has finally made it to NVC. We have recieved our NVC Case Number and Invoice Identification Number. We have paid the $88 Affidavit of Support fee but the IV application fee has not yet appeared, when can we pay that? We have also filled out the online DS-260. Now I know that I have to mail in my Affidavit of Support documents with the bar coded cover sheet. What im not sure is what my wife (the beneficiary) has to do between now and the interview. It is my understanding she has to send to the nvc all the supporting documents listed on this page http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/submit/documents-to-submit-to-nvc.html and also take all that with her to the interview? How does she put that packet of information together, is there a certain format she must follow? It says to mail originals but also to take originals to the interview. Does that mean she needs to get two originals of everything? Any advice on what to do during this phase would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

now you need to send the affidavid of suport .your wife she need to get the document needed and once the iv fee become available pay it and then when it shown paid copy the bar coded sheet and put it with the document that your wife get and send it to nvc.good luck

I did a lot of research and read a lot of forum related to NVC process, but I guess too much information made me more confused and complicated of how NVC processed. PLEASE HELP. Here are some of my question?

- 1/23/14 - filled out DS-261 - Online Choice of Address (Done)

- 1/23/14 - Paid AOS ($88 I-864) - In Progress

- What should I do next? Can I fill out I-864 and gather all documents and send it to NVC after AOS status show paid and print out I-864 cover letter? or wait for NVC to me a package?

- I know DS-260 can be fill on-line after I pay the IV DS-230 Fee

once your i864 bill showing paid ,choose the right I 864 and print the cover letter and send it to the address showing on the cover letter .you don't have to wait just go to NVC AOS instructing and choose the right one and send it.Good luck

if you send the document less than 20 business days, you just wait.and if its been more than that then you need to call.i had the same email from the nvc.they will send you an email after 20 business day.good luck

Hello guys, I am not at this stage but just getting ready to fill out my I-864 EZ form. If anyone could please help me with few questions I'll appreciate it. On part 3 for place of residence do I need to fill it out if its same as my mailing address, or should I put N/A on each field or just leave it blank? Same thing with part 7 (information on prepares) if I am the one who prepared it, do I need to feel out his information or leave it blank or N/A? Do I have to put N/A on each sub section or just the first part of the question?

on the part 3 (residence) you can write your address twice even is the same ,dont leave it blank . i did the same thing and i get a checklist for it.on part 7 i put n/a .and they accept it .good luck

Where is uour case transfered?im a bot worried cause i saw in the online request for review of evidence did you see that also before u approved?

in that time i wasnt here in the us for almost a month .and when i returned to i found a letter requesting a marriage ct.i just send it and almost the same day that they reseive it they approved my i 130.just wait for the letter and send what they need and you will be ok .

dont worry the same thing happen to me .once you receive the letter ,just send what they request and as soon as they receive it they will approve your i 130 in 2 or 3 days .good luck

me and my wife are still waiting for noa 2 my wife called tier2 and he told her our case is in MISOURRI and inshalah decembre we may receive Noa2

we applied i130 since april

while waitin i was lookin and i found is many forms for affidafits of support (I-864EZ, I-864, I-864A, and Form I-864W). wich one we will need to send to nvc and if NVC will ask for all documents they will need from us including the right Affidafit of support my wife will fill

you just go to nvc affidavit of support instructions and you will find out which one is right for your case.

No it doesn't disqualify you from using the I-864ez. If you qualify on income alone then I-864ez is the way to go. The form doesn't even ask any questions about savings or assets.

i had a small amount of bank interest (8$)on my tax return of 2012 .is that disqualified me from using i 864 ez (affidavit of support).i have enough income on my w2 to meet 125% of poverty level 2013.please help

i had to wait 10 months to get my 130 aproved-usc for wife-it is somting realy bad and it need to be fixed

thank you o@s i really hope it will just take 10months it wont take some more months of ours.. but you are lucky because you went to an info pass my husband cant because he has a work and he cant absent.. thats good that yours is approved already so it means your papers at nvc now?

I hope you get your approved sooon. you just wait and be prepare for the next step with nvc. yes I had the chance to go for 2 info pass but its not really make a deference ...during my first info pass they told me that they have my files and the second time they told me same thing and by the way both of the 2 info pass was on July ...on September I received a RFE from another office so I wen for another info pass to give them the RFE they refuse to take it from me and they told me to send it to the new office ...I asked the same agent who told me on JULY that they have my files I asked him about my files he told me that they transfer it to another office on February ...so you just be patient until you done this crazy process

i really feel you! were just the same, my husband received a letter from Homeland Security that our papers is still pending and they cant give us any time frame, but still happy that we heard from them

just be patient jane .mine took 10 months just to get approved ....i feel your pain because i been there....good luck to everyone

Hey o@s finally you got approved!!!! Congratulations!!! I was December filer too but got approved 2 months ago. my thoughts for you after couple weeks start callin NVC, we got our case number after 2 months

read post 1 and 2... every month there is an NVC thread, the first and second post will contain all the information... just read and click search honestly, every question known to man is on here for the most part... it is also quicker than posting and waiting for responses.
