I-130 Chain of Events06/25/2013: I-130 Sent07/02/2013: NOA108/19/2013: Petition upgraded from F-2A to CR-109/12/2013: Petition being routed to another office for processing/petition being routed to the local USCIS office for processing09/19/2013: Petition was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office - Nebraska service center!03/18/2014: Filed service request due to petition being over USCIS 5 months processing time and still not adjudicated!03/29/2014: Received response on service request that my file is still under initial review and cannot determine how long it will take (hope that's due to filing AOS).05/19/2014: Filed second service request to have file transferred to the NYC field office to be approved with the AOS05/23/2014: Received e-mail about SR that my file was requested, will be forwarded to a supervisor and I will receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days.05/27/2014: I-130 approved after ELEVEN months!!! NOA2 on it's way in the mail!06/02/2014: Received e-mail that I-130 was shipped to National Visa Center (NVC)...which is a huge mistake on their part...the saga continues.06/09/2014: Sent e-mail to NVC to have I-130 file transferred from the State Department to the NYC field office. Will also contact the NY Senator to get this resolved!06/20/2014: Senators office confirmed I-130 was shipped from NVC back to USCIS. GC was approved on the same day!
