I was in the United States Marine Corps for five years and 6 months before I was discharged my ship was in port in Hong Kong. That is where I met Catherine. She was a tour guide and showed me around the city. After I left I visited her at her home and spent 8 days with her and her family. 6 months later after I was discharged I came back to the Philippines and we started filing for her K1 Visa. I have been living here with her since and it has been 10 months we have been together here. It was a slow start to file her petition but we are currently 6 months waiting for our second notice and we hope and pray everything will work out.
