Your profile is not filled out. Did you arrive on a K-1 visa? Did you have any days of overstay between the time the I-94 expired and when you filed for AOS?

I was holding student visa and just finished school (F1) when I applied for AOS. So my i94 says "D/S" instead of exact expiration date. At that time, it's not expired yet. But now, I'm no longer in school. But my i-20 allows me to study until next year.. But I actually finished school since end of last year. Do I still have right to come back into US?

Oh.. So I can travel now?! Without a re-entry permit?! I plan to travel just for couple weeks.. So I can show the EAD when I come back in?! They will let me in for sure?! I'm so freaked out :'(

Mmm.. So sorry guys.. I just looked up at my request again. Actually I asked for re-entry permit, not an AP. ( first, I thought re-entry and AP are the same sorryyyyy ). So I still can't travel without re-entry permit right? And now I'm heading to field office in LA..hope they can do something about my case...

Usually the AP is on your EAD card. Written on the bottm "Serves as Advance of Parole"

Yes I did. On the card it says, "serves as I-512 advance parole" . I have no idea what it means..

Ordinarily I would suggest making an Infopass appointment at your local office and enquiring there, but I doubt there will be any slots before the 16th.

You absolutely should not depart the US until your AP is in your hands.

When I check the case status it said my AP has been approved and was mailed out on march 8th. And today is April 7th I have not gotten any mail yet. And I really need to go back to my country on April 16th (I already bought the flight ticket). What should I do with this? If I make appointment at the field office, are they really able to help me out?! Anybody pleaseeeee help me!!!! ( I'm cryinggg~~~)
