    Thanks for the help. The son is a born citizen. His mom is legally here she is not on overstay. He is only petitioning her because of unforeseen circumstances to do with health on his path. Anyways papers will be submitted soon. I'll hit you guys up again if there are any roadblocks or just to let you know our status.

    What about I693 is it mandatory to be included in I485 packet.

    Geez, more money and longer waiting time. Everyone is in USA, so she don't need to travel. Why is I130A necessary that seems to be for spousal. Our case is son/mother. Thanks for the reply

    Guys, I need help, I use to be a wiz at immigration but things have changed. I'm helping my sister to adjust via her son. She will be submitting I-130, G-1145, I485, I765, I131, I864 (1 for her son and 1 a joint sponsor). I think 130 is $675 and I485 is $1440 My questions are: Do we need to pay for I765 ($260) (I've read it's no longer free with I485)? Do we pay for I131, if yes then we will just omit (not really necessary) Is it mandatory to now include medical I-693 with this initial packet or can it be submitted after? Thanks y'all
