Thanks for your suggestions. Approval letter finally arrived by mail today!!!!

I sent in my 751 (ROC) application last year on 06/25/12 and I have not received a response to date. I have made several phone calls to USCIS for the last 4.5 months but they have been unhelpful they tell me to "wait". I filed a e-request on 03/25/13 and I got a letter in the mail stating that my case was being adjudicated and I should receive a response in 45 days. Its been 53 days now and I have not got any response. I called USCIS earlier this week and an officer told me that someone was looking at my case when I asked how long it was going to take she could not give me an exact time but she said I should get a response before my one year extension expires next month. I am worried that it may reach June 25th 2013 before receiving any response because they keep telling me to wait. Should I contact my senator for help or should I just wait and hope that I will get a response before 06/25/13? I need some suggestions please!

I am in the same situation as you. I filed mine on June 25th 2012 and had my fingerprints done on mid July 2012. Since then my application has been on initial review according to the case status updates. Two weeks ago I changed my address and I called them to make sure they have my new address. Regarding my application being beyond the processing time, after I had made 5 phone calls to USCIS my case is currently being adjudicated and I should get a response by the end of this week according to the letter they sent me.If I don't get a response by next week I will ask my congressman to help.

I filed mine on June 25th 2012 and its 9 months now and my application is still pending. I called USCIS and they told me that they would send me a letter in 2 weeks explaining why my application was out of the processing time frame. It seems like csc stopped processing 1-751 applications?? Waiting to see what the letter will say.

Does anyone know what is going on with 1-751 applications being processed at California service center? My application to remove conditions on my green card was accepted by CSC on June 25th 2012. On Feb 5th 2013 CSC was processing applications received on June 5th 2012. On march 22nd 2013 I noticed that the processing time for 1-751 was missing from CSC updated timeline. I called uscis and they told me they would send me a letter in 2 weeks explaining why my application was out of the processing time frame. I am just wondering if this is happening to me only or there are other people experiencing the same situation. Did CSC suddenly stop processing 1-751 applications?
