Thank you, further, could you please tell me how long do they take after approval to transfer the case to NVC? Also, I have heard that NOA2 has an expiration date. Is that true? Does it mean that there is a deadline by which the case should be closed at NVC? Please suggest. Thanks!

I don't think NOA2 has an expiration date. We have been waiting for NOA2 for almost 9months, but still no news. Our case has been transferred to Texas Service Center for 36 days until now. All we have to do is waiting and waiting! I'm really depressed. I feel hopeless and helpless:(

It's a good chance to talk to USCIS on 11DEC. I have been waiting for P2 for almost 9 months. Our case has been transferred to Texas center service on 8 Nov, but P2 didn't come to us:(( Hope the people who are on the same boat with me call them to push them process it asap!!!!!

Yes, I understand your feeling. It's so unfair for us. I have been waiting for NOA2 for more than 8 months. And our case has been transferred to TSC on 8Nov. And the notice we received said, "if we didn't get other notice or decision within 60days, we can contact with USCIS office." Hope we can get P2 this month. Let's pray for our P2 together

Shouldn;t be a problem.

They received it on Friday, it's only Wednesday early morning, they probably cash them in bulk. No need to worry until this time next week.

My husband have submitted application documents to USCIS on 20March2013. USCIS received it on 22March2013, but USCIS haven't cash the check yet. My friends told me it usually takes 2-3 working days for USCIS to cash it. I'm worried if there's a problem with the check. As my husband doesn't have check, he paid for it with their parents' check. I wonder if USCIS would accept it or not. Can you give me some comments on this? I really need your help with it. Thanks!
