  1. when my wife entered, her green card is indicated to expire in 2 years and i want to know what am suppose to do. Is it that she will be qualify to apply for US citizenship? i thought with CR1 is suppose to be 10 years. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. thanks

      She needs to file Lift Condition I-751 within 90 days before expiration date. For example: Her green card will expire on April 2016, then she needs to file I-751 around January -April 2016. Your wife can only receive Green Card that expires in 10 years if the date you guys were married to the date your wife comes to US is more than 2 years. For example: you guys married in April 2014, and your wife comes to US after April 2016.
