4/15/2013 : Married.

4/27/2013 : I-130 Packet sent to Phoenix lock box.

4/30/2013 : Piriority Date-Hard copy received.

12/4/2013 : Transfered to Nebraska by Hard copy.

I have some questions am hoping you guys can help me with!

But first of all I will like to Congratulate all the April Approvals this week! Makes me really happy and excited that there's finally movement! Which brings me to my question!

My PD 4/4/13

Transferred: NSC 11/17/13

I have never called to inquire about my case but seeing all the movement i got some courage and called this morning to ask what I've seen other on here ask... "Has my case been assigned to someone"? but basically the man just told me exactly what I knew already, & he said he estimated I get some news in one month or month in half :/

So my question to you guys is:

how can I get more info?

Is the number I'm suppose to call the 1800 on the hard copy?

I hope some one can shed some light

I am guessing Nebraska and Texas don't show up for NEW I-130's. Those service centers are taking the backlog from the NBC. Hopefully they are ONLY processing backlog and we will all be approved faster.

oh, i hope your thought is right the hard copy i received said to expect something from them within 60days, which to me is still a long time. but at least its getting looked at finally!

USCIS is so frustrating, yesterday the transferred my case to Nebraska and now that they updated the processing times on the website it don't show nothing for us citizen petitioning spouses in Nebraska, only for CSC and VSC

I also noticed that! it is frustrating! but i didn't see any type of I-130. did you? maybe im looking at the wrong place.

By the way, how did you get the text or email? My husband did not received any of those. Does he need to register somewhere to avail that service? Sorry i have less knowledge about this...

Just got the mail today! My hard copy transfer got here!

Got the first transfer email on the 15th so it took 4 days to get my hard copy!

We got transferred to Nebraska Service Center!

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

But not sure where yet!

You will receive a hardcopy telling you where it was transferred and then you just wait for them to work on your case.

oh, ok thank you! hopefully its not to long after they transfer that we start seeing some April approvals! I just hope for some good news before the year is over

My husband has been living here in the states since 2001.

Today i checked online the case status and i finally saw something diffrent but am very confused and conserned, i would really appriciate some help please!

On November 15, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

1. what does this mean? is there a problem?
