I arrived in the US in the late 80´s and stayed there as a GC holder for about 8 years until I was removed in ´96. My mom who became an american citizen about 5 years ago immediately filed a petition in my favor along with my kids who are now 30,16 and 11 years old. My mother had entered a petetion I-130 to get me back, I have already attented the interview last year at the local US Embassy they have refused my visa and handed me a worksheet containing a waiver request in order for them to grant my visa however as far as I know I'm not even elegible for a waiver since I'm a felon and got deported 21years ago on a drug charge.
