Our Story
Met online through gaming in 2011. I travelled to the US to meet him August 2012. 3 weeks was not long enough. I came back in November 2012 for Thanksgiving and Christmas. He surprised me with an engagement ring at Christmas and we married on January 19th 2013.
Now have the nerve-wracking immigration process to go through, as I came in on ESTA visa waiver.
Applied to AOS in Feb 2013, Got a notice of intent to deny Jan 2014, Sent in a request for an AWA waiver at end March 2014 (with attorney's assistance) and now waiting for outcome of that.
Issued with a second EAD and AP card in March 2014. And another one in 2015. Now waiting for my new card in 2016.
