The priority date means they are processing applications received before the posted date. You can check many priority dates on the USCIS site and for example lets say you are checking the priority dates for I-90. And the posted date is July 1, 2014. That means they are processing applications received before July 1, 2014.

Your time is only deducted from the 5 years requirement if you live for more than 6 months continuously in another country other than the US.
The information in this part ONLY relates to your time as a permanent resident if you file under Section 319(a) and 316(a) of the INA. All other eligibility requirements MUST be met at the time of filing.
You may file Form N-400 ninety (90) calendar days before you complete your permanent residence requirement if your eligibility for naturalization is based upon being a:
Permanent resident for at least 5 years; or
Permanent resident for at least 3 years if you are married to a US citizen.

You would most likely need to provide the clerance certificate when the NVC asks you for supporting documents. It wont be right away after getting case number from NVC. It takes a while to get the letter for supporting documents...You will receive it after you pay few nvc fees.

hi, I am in Abu Dhabi, I got my Police clearance for NVC stage last October and Ill have my interview end of this month. Im wondering if I still need to get a New police clearance as the appointment letter says, the clearance in current residency is valid for 1 year but the UAE police clearance is mentioning its valid only for 3 months.
btw, clearance fee in Abu Dhabi is only 100dirhams, but if you want the one with translation it will be 150 dirhams, so Dubai is a bit more
In the letter it probably says something like "A new police certificate from your current country of residence, if you obtained the police certificate more than one year ago". When did you actually got your police clearance certificate? If it has been more than a year, you will most likely need new clearance certificate. If the sentence I posted is different(A new police.....) on your letter...please post. the exact sentence.

I think you can do that on her behalf if you know all the questions that are asked in there. I remember a friend of mine who did that for her mother which was in India.

If you have enough money to support yourself i think it'll be okay. most likely your bank statements and tax return will be enough to prove.
Note: I am not an attorney.

As far as I know you need to fill out I-864 for all the intending immigrants. In your case you would need I-864 from your side. Also I think you only need to file I-864A if you are using someones income that is listed in your tax returns. If you are using your parents income you would most likely need to file a Separate I-864 and I-864A for the other parent listed on the tax return.
You would only need to fill out the I-864 for your parents if you don't meet the income requirement.
You can check the income requirements at: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf
Feel free to pm if you need more help.

Is there an way to expedite the reviewing process? NVC website says that we must wait 60 days to hear the review decision of the documents. I had made a previously a small mistake on the income part and they asked me to fill I-864 again. I also called them today (Waited more than one hour to connect to an agent) and the agent said I would need to wait another 60 days to hear a decision. Can we pay some kind of fee or request expedite process?Possibly we can get the interview date scheduled ahead?

I have a I-90 application pending. I had my name changed because it was spelled wrong on my green card. And I got my biometrics done on june 12,2014. Can I apply for citizenship or I must wait to get my green card. I called several times and they said they are processing applications from December of last year.

Thanks. I'm a bit worried about my case although the USCIS agent told me that it can take 30 days for them to send a notice.
it took me like 25 days to get the notice...what was the purpose of your application?
-
Hi! I'm on the same boat. When did USCIS receive your i90 package? Thanks.
you mean my appointment notice?i received it 29th may,2014...my application was delivered around may 2,2014.

I just received a letter 2-3 days ago for my bio-metrics. I had filed I-90 because there was name error on my green card. I just want to know after my bio-metrics do I need to go to any interview or will my green card home? And also how long will it take after the bio-metrics?
-
My green card had name problem and I applied to get it fixed.I got the letter around May 1....saying that we have received your letter on apr 29....After that I still haven't heard anything from them...Should I call them or should I wait until 3 months are over? I checked my status online it just says initial interview
Thanks in advance.

Because YOU applied for immigrant visa (ie interviewed in) - in New Delhi. Don't read any additional meaning to the questions asked - just answer what they ask you.
number 3=my city where i lived when i went to interview... and number 4 us embassy New Delhi right?
number 5a) my current city in USA?i never moved...and 5b San Francisco cuz i landed there?
-
then y does it say where you applied instead of where you lived?
-
I went to interview in embassy so that would be new delhi right..

Can someone help me and tell me what to put here?

I was told by an NVC representative that they only look at the latest tax returns.
You can check the income requirements here: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf
If you dont meet the income requirements you gonna need to find another sponsor so you can meet the income requirements. You can use your brothers income or sisters. Just file another I-864 with their income.
You need to put the annual adjusted gross income part 6 line 13a. That income can be found on Line 22 of the tax returns.
