Good day, please help me answer my questions, thank you. My son is 30 years old Philippines citizen and i am a green card holder in USA. I am planning to submit a petition for him. He just start working in South Korea with a working visa. Is it going to be faster if he is in Korea right now or is it going to be the same? Can he do the interview in Korea or he needs to go back to the Philippines when he needs to be interviewed?
