    Hello everyone,i need help how to get special power of attorney here in the USA with red ribbon to send to my daugther back in the philippines to get her passport since im not there to accompany her..what are the reqiurements, or do i have to go personally to the DFA here in the US?im living in Ohio.thank you

      What we did is went to the local Manila Embassy in San Francisco. I don't know if Ohio has one so you might have to travel. But that's how we got our POA. Good luck. Sorry this is a late post. Don't check here that often since my wife is here. But we still have to get our daughter over. martinbr
