Thank You so so much for the response. let me respond to everyone here. I could not figure out how to respond to each of you. My mom is now a US Citizen. The original country is Nigeria and I live in UAE now. We actually just left the case and continued with life because see how long it took. I couldn't have waited this long to be unmarried. So now it's just what the next right move and who to contact specifically. Thank You all

My mom filed for me in 2015 when I was single. I got approved three years or so and have been awaiting interview date. Just got an email my interview is next month but since that filing I have gotten married and just had a baby. I currently live in another country with my family but the interview is scheduled to be attended in my home country. I have several questions that my country consulate isn't able to answer and the NVC either 1. Can I move the interview to the country I now reside? 2. Can I change to a family interview since my status has change personally (Husband and baby). I read-up on derivative family and join to follow option; how do I go about that 3. I had uploaded important documents in the USCIS portal but It won't let me change status officially, do I update my status and category and would it change this interview/ So confused and just brain everywhere

My mom filed for my sister in 2015. We have gone through everything, all documents accepted and paid. NVC is waiting for interview date . My mom recently became a citizen and I have uploaded that document into her account. What else are we suppose to do? I cannot understand the processing dates. Please help.
