yes I know but the thing is that we have a lawyer and we initially hired him he told us to apply for both and see which one gets me there faster because we just want to be together and working is not really that big of an issue, I can wait for a few months till I get my working authorization. we've paid the lawyer for both CR-1 and K3 so either way we've spent the money.

yup they have mine too, apparently they got it on the 14th, but all last week they kept telling me no we don't have it, but I'm kind of one a K3 path right now as they got that one first and processed it and sent it to the consulate, so looks like we're gonna go for that if it gets me home sooner. still have to talk to my lawyer. Good luck on the rest of your journey

I looked at your time line and volla! we were approved on the same day!! were you approved by NBC? any news from NVC yet for u? do they have your case? they don't have mine yet

mine was approved on the 18th and it wasn't at NVC as of today hopefully next week I just really hope it's not lost somewhere....it says you were approved on the 22nd on your timeline, anyways when you find out plz let me know as I'm trying to figure out if it's happening to everybody that were approved around the holidays or is just my bad luck!

hey when you got your approval notice, were you approved by NBC? I know your case was approved a few days after mine but can you tell me when yours gets to NVC cause mine still hasn't

still nothing I sent an email to both USCIS and NVC...let's hope it shows up next week I can't hold it together any longer!

ok so your notice date is one day after mine, I know it totally sucks they still don't have mine either plz let me know when yours gets there, I know we were approved by 2 different service centers but it will still give me an idea...hopefully both of our cases get there by friday

Hi, We had an MSC receipt# and never received a transfer notice to a local office so until I get my NOA2 paper notification I wouldn't know which office approved it.
