  1. Guys, This is to inform you that we have received an update. It an approval notice. Below are the details for the I-130 petition Notice Type: Approval Notice Section: Parent of U.S Citizen, 201(b) INA Received Date 10/03/2023 Priority Date 10/03/2023 Approval Notice Date 12/20/2024 We are very excited... and all the best to those of you still waiting on your petitions.
  2. Congratulations is in other. Just like to previous repose stated, it will take a "few" days to update.
  3. I recall my first experience with the varying times on USCIS website. My initial reaction was exactly what you are feeling, but after a while and reading what others have posted gave me some reassurances.
  4. I don't think there's going to be a delay. She is duly admitted into United States of America.
  5. It will be wise to talk to an attorney. but in my opinion, amend to make the needed corrections.
  6. It is helpful, especially when your case is outside the normal processing timeline. Thanks for the update.
  7. Guys, this morning we received a status update email from USCIS stating " We have taken an action on your case Sign in to your account to view your case status But I am not seeing any updates on their website. I know some of you have experienced similar thing in the past. Question is, how long did it take for you to receive an actual update on their website? Yes, I am an October 2023 filer for I-130 for parents of a USCIS.(It's the same thing as the spouse since they are all considered immediate family.)
  8. Congratulations 🎊 on your approval. We are patiently waiting for the next batch of the approval process to start.
  9. You might want to change the title to something like "October 2024 Filers i-130 For Parents of US Citizen". This way it will be in line with the previous months titles. imo
  10. I know the feeling but don't give in to despair... though it is easier said.
  11. And He needs to refile as soon as possible before USCIS issues a NTA
  12. Thanks for the update. I ask folks to check the documents' tab always. In regards to the timeline on their website, pay no attention to that as it is woefully inaccurate
  13. This is certainly good news!!! Seeing this makes me happy... we are inching close to October 2023 filers!
  14. Any updates from any of the October filers?
  15. The fee schedule applies to all cases filed! It does not matter if you file in the States vs the rest of the world.
