We met in the US while I was on an exchange program, started to date quite soon after we met. Our friend kept telling us they wanted to be invited at our wedding. At the time I thought they were funny, I was far from thinking about getting married, we were just happy. They must have known better than us! (And yes, they are invited to the wedding now :)
We were lucky enough that we were able to visit each other several times, we even went half way around the world and met in New Zeland in early december for my fiance's sister wedding. Can it get more romantic than that?
