We were married in Davao on January 21, 2012 and my wife was immediately pregnant. Our son was born on September 23, 2012. i now need to have my son's paternity and citizen established and petition my wife's visa to bring them to USA ... I NEED HELP ... Please in anyone knows the procedures of Paternity ... especially the order of DNA and applying for his cirizenship, the what, when, where and how's ... every little detail helps as i will plan a trip to Manila to do as much in person as i can do in the Only vacation i will get from my job this year.
